One of the most fun and engaging ways to connect with others and create harmony for yourself and in your life is singing with a group.

Singing the Self offers group experiences in a number of different ways:

Regular weekly group - SHACappella - Southern Highlands A Cappella

SHACappella is a totally un-auditioned group who meet on a Tuesday evening, 7.30 – 9pm in the NSW Southern Highlands to let their voices out in an atmosphere of fun, joy and harmony.

We sing music from around the world, combining the wisdom of the cultures of the world (including our own) with the power of our voices united in pure intention and joyous open-hearted harmony.

Even if you think you can’t sing, your voice is welcome here.

“Singing with Ganga is an experience that resonates to the core of my being. An amazing diversity of musical delicacies from around the world…

Ganga creates a safe space where it feels impossible to ‘get it wrong’ and we often end up in beautiful open hearted harmony.

The ‘sound bath’ at the end of the session melts me every time.”

– Dunstan Bertschinger, Founder of Bursting Heart & Bare Fish

“I come to sing with SHACApella because Ganga allows and encourages me and my fellow singers ..”to rejoice in our voice” and just sing “without having the feeling to try”.

This positive and joyous approach creates positivity and joy in our singing.

It is very uplifting and fun for my soul. SHACappella makes my heart sing.

– Michael Campbell, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Shiatsu Massage

SHACappella – “Dynamic, transporting and superb!”
– Candy Raymond, AFI Award winning Actress
